PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
In all our years in business there is one thing we believe in and that is our Preventive Maintenance Program. We strive to serve our customers with what is best for their heating and air conditioning needs. Much like an automobile, your air conditioner needs to be serviced and given a routine inspection to make sure its operating efficiently and properly.
The more efficient your system operates, the more money you save in energy. The Preventive Maintenance Program is performed twice a year, once in the summer months and once in the winter months. If you don’t want to be bothered with remembering another appointment… We will call you or your office every six months to schedule your Preventive Maintenance.
Here is the scope of work we will perform each maintenance:
- Monitor Starting Capabilities (To ensure excessive power draw is not occurring)
Test safety Control (This will check to make sure your units shuts down when a problem is detected)
Make Sure Proper Airflow is being Distributed (To keep all rooms within 2.0 degrees of thermostat)
Lubricate All Moving Parts (To reduce friction or noise)
Clean condensing Coil (Remove any grass, dirt, or particles in the unit)
Check and Adjust Freon Pressures (Up to 1 lb. included)
Calibrate Thermostat
Tighten Electrical Connections
Clean Drain Lines (Also there is a discounted price of $85.00 if a drain line clogs in between services)
